Tai Chi with Marsha Cabellero (Adults 18+) In-Person

Tai Chi is taught in-person inside the Westside Library Meeting Room by Marsha Caballero, a community exercise instructor.

Enjoy the slow, intentional movements and destressing class that will help all participants clear their mind while striving to maintain and moving towards a healthy outlook.
