Sound Bath Sunday Reset In-Person

Immerse yourself in an enchanting soundscape featuring crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other instruments. Experience sound healing in a new light as Indigo moves throughout the room, playing intuitively for each participant. Feel the powerful effects of vibrational sound therapy as it restores balance, releases tension, and elevates your energy. Take this time for an energetic reset that will leave you vibrating higher well into your week.

Please note that participants should bring their own yoga mat.
