The Arts and Crafts Room is now Mockingbird Room.

Tai Chi with Marsha Cabellero (Adults 18+) In-Person

Tai Chi Tuesdays is back! This class is taught in person with limited capacity. Taught by Marsha Caballero,a community exercise instructor.

Enjoy the slow, intentional movements and destressing class that will help all participants clear their mind while striving to maintain and moving towards a healthy outlook.
