Tai Chi In-Person
Tai Chi is a self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. This type of exercise is also meditative and restorative. If you need to quiet your mind, Tai Chi will help you to achieve this mental and physical balance.
