Come enjoy a walk around the WCC gym to music.  Listen to the music being played or bring your own headphones to walk to.

Enjoy a quiet space to walk or talk quietly with a friend.  Thank you for your participation and for making yourself a priority.

Please sign in at each session.  Reminder that 20 times around the gym is a mile.
