Walking to Music In-Person

Bring your own music and headphones or enjoy what we have playing in the gym.  Come and walk around the gym or walk and talk quietly with a friend.  It's a good time to catch up on friendships, exercise, and get healthy.  Twenty times around the gym is one mile!!!
