Type-In with Austin Typewriter Ink In-Person

Join ATI's Type-in by trying out some typewriters! You can write anything you'd like - a story, poem, stream of consciousness, or even a grocery list. Do you have a story or a poem in your head that you'd like to put to paper? Join us on Wednesdays, November 12th, at the Westside Library to do just that with Austin Typewriter Ink. ATI is a group that specializes in typewriters and letting people who may not have used them in years or not at all have a try with them. This is a come and go event for any writer with a love of words. Attendees will learn some basic typing skills along with instruction on reloading paper. Drop by to tell your story on these lovely, screen-free machines. This event is drop-in and parents must stay with young children.
