PreK Zoomies In-Person
PreK Zoomies is a fun, active program designed for preschoolers (ages 3–5) to develop gross motor skills, coordination, and social interaction through guided physical activities. Each session will combine playful movement, beginner P.E. games, music, and interactive exercises tailored to young children’s developmental needs.
The program supports healthy habits, builds confidence, and gives children a structured outlet for energy in a safe, supportive environment.
