Device Advice In-Person
Bring your smart phone, tablet, or laptop and your questions, and drop in for help from our Digital Services Team. These sessions are designed to help familiarize patrons with common device and Internet functions in order to encourage digital literacy in our community.
Device Advice can include the following:
- OverDrive/Libby and SimplyE collections for free eBooks and digital audiobooks
- Library resources such as online databases, Hoopla, Pronunciator, etc.
- Email/Internet basics (please come prepared with your username(s) and password(s))
- Social media
- Usage of patron-owned devices such as eReaders, tablets, and smartphones
- Basic computer troubleshooting
- Other computer or technology-related questions
