Join us at the Westside Community Center for our Zumba Gold class, which is perfect active older adults! Zumba Gold is a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. In Zumba Gold you'll have fun dancing to easy-to-follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion, coordination, muscle toning, and cardiovascular health. Zumba Gold is for anyone who wants a slower tempo and lighter pace to Zumba. This class is a fun way to stay active and healthy!
