This class is for those that are looking for a faster paced class and lots of movement.   Truly for those that have already started their fintess journey.

and are looking at taking the next steps to raise their cardio levels and energy.

For other wonderful fitness options, please come to Monday and Tuesday classes at 12:15pm.
