Come enjoy this amazing chair yoga class with Suzanne!

You will learn to stretch, sit, stand, and relax your body. You will also learn how to strengthen your body and mind. 

All classes will take place weekly in upstairs or downstairs classroom at Westside Communit Center. 

Please take the time to register weekly, invite a friend, and maintain or begin your new journey to health and wellness.

Note: This program is for adults starting at 18+ and open to the public. Children - Teens are welcomed to participate if accompanied by an adult.
