Join Christina Amaro as she assist patrons with a class to slowly strengthen bodies and minds. This class is focused on bone density and cardio movements.

Bring a 2, 3, 4, or 5 pound light weights of your choice and a water bottle. 

You may borrow some from WCC. 

Register for this weekly 10:30am Tuesday session.

This program is for adults starting at 18+ and open to the public.
