Join us for a deeply relaxing experience as Josephine plays gongs and other unique and specialized instruments such as quartz crystal and metal singing bowls, chimes, and drums to promote wellbeing and harmony on all levels of your being. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or any other objects that will allow you to be physically comfortable. This program is for adults only and registration is required.
