Gentle Yoga with Suzanne

This 45 minute yoga class is designed to promote well-being and tranquility through gentle, fluid movement, meditation and breathwork.  We will be on our mats moving between standing, seated and lying down postures. Gentle Yoga is great for beginners and those looking for a slow paced movement practice.
