Chair Yoga at WCC (Adults) In-Person

Come enjoy this amazing chair yoga class with Kaye. You will learn to stretch, sit, stand, and relax your body

while learning how to strengthen your body and mind. All classes will take place weekly in the downstairs classroom

at Westside Communit Center. Please take the time to register weekly, invite a friend, and maintain or begin your new

journey to health and wellness. Enjoy your time and we will see you soon. This class is geared for adults 18+.
