Infant Massage Series with SJRC Texas: Session 3: Sinus Solutions In-Person

Registration is for the entire series. Skills build throughout the series so participants are expected to attend each session.

Session 1: Baby Beginnings - The perfect introductory class to learn massage for your baby. Learn to massage legs and feet, arms and hands.

Session 2: Tummy Troubles: All littles at come point or another experience gas or constipation. Tummy massage helps relieve digestion, gas, colic, and constipation.

Session 3: Sinus Solutions: Provide some comfort and ease by learning to massage baby’s face and chest to help relieve runny nose, congestion, and teething.

Session 4: Little Movers: Learn relaxing back massage and baby yoga to help your baby get comfortable as they are growing and moving!

Relax & learn massage for your baby. Parents and caregivers: come comfortable! Bring a pillow or boppy, light blanket, diapers, change of clothes for baby and anything else to keep your baby comfortable.

Infant Massage is designed for children 12 months and younger. Registration is for the four week series.

Please do not attend programs if any of the following apply:

Child has had a fever of 100 or higher within the past 24 hours.
Child has vomited or has had diarrhea within the past 24 hours.
Child has rash not associated with diapers.
Child has a sore throat and/or swollen glands causing difficulty swallowing.
Child has constant cough.
Child has symptoms of possible communicable disease (colored nasal discharge, red eyes, sore throat, headache, abdominal pain, fever, and/or skin spots, bumps or patches).
